We had such a wonderful time today with an incredible group of women from the P.E.O. Sisterhood 💛 - an international philanthropic organization where women motivate, educate, and celebrate women through education and support.
We talked about simple nutrition habits that support healthy aging, including:
✔️ Eating regularly to support strength & energy
✔️ Pairing foods from 2–3 food groups
✔️ Prioritizing protein, fiber, and fruits & veggies
✔️ Getting enough calcium & vitamin D for bone health ✔️ Thirst decreases as we age — prioritize staying hydrated throughout the day
Small, balanced meals can help protect:

✨ Independence
