Allison earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan in 2021. Her work draws from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, while tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual or couple. Allison is especially passionate about helping clients explore patterns, build insight, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

Whether you’re working through past trauma, relationship conflict, or just feeling stuck, Allison offers a nonjudgmental space to explore, heal, and grow.

Since joining the team, Ronit not only serves as a Clinical Therapist on the team but she is also the Clinical Manager. In the therapy room, Ronit works to provide a safe and nurturing environment where it feels as though you are chatting with a friend over a cup of coffee. Her direct, yet compassionate approach supports individuals in identifying and accessing their own needs and abilities to experience more joy in their lives. Cortney holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Brain, Behavior, and Cognitive Science from the University of Michigan. Prior to beginning her clinical training, Cortney spent over a decade working in clinical research across both outpatient and inpatient settings, where she conducted intake interviews and psychological assessments with individuals experiencing serious mental health challenges.

Her therapeutic approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and acceptance-based modalities. She works with adults navigating depression, anxiety, life stressors, and interpersonal dynamics, with particular attention to emotion regulation and self-understanding.

Cortney brings warmth, curiosity, and compassion to the therapy space and is committed to helping clients feel heard, supported, and empowered—whether they are facing life stressors, working through interpersonal challenges, or deepening emotional insight and resilience.
