Care Net is dedicated to helping families thrive during childbearing years and to offer real choices to those facing unplanned pregnancies.

We offer free and confidential pregnancy testing and limited obstetric ultrasound exams. We also provide support programs, and community referrals.

Thank you to those who support our mission. You make it possible for us to help those who are considering abortion. Our pregnancy centers do not convince women to keep their babies and then leave them helpless without the means to take care of their child. We provide a variety of resources to help them through pregnancy as well as after birth, supplies to care for their newborn. Care Net Berkley | Detroit offers confidential and free pregnancy tests and ultrasound exams. We also provide support programs, and community referrals. We're here to support women with evidence-based medical education and services as they consider all of your options.

Care Net Pregnancy Center Berkley | Detroit is a faith based organization that provides a holistic approach to client care encompassing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. We serve clients of all faiths and will care for you regardless of your situation. We do not offer abortion services or referrals.

Our desire is that every woman – every couple facing pregnancy will be fully informed and have all the information they need to make the best decision for them. As a non-profit, faith-based organization we are committed to serving clients of all faiths and walks of life without prejudice or judgment.

We are staffed by medical professionals and trained client advocates, both paid staff and volunteers working under the supervision of our Medical Director, a Board certified practitioner.
