I'm in my 50s and I've had a bad back since middle school. Sciatica was a full-time battle and I was always on some kind of pain medication. Dr. Nick is the seventh chiropractor I have tried since 2020. By the time I met Dr Nick I thought my pain could only be managed I never thought that it could be completely eliminated. Make sure you are watching your posture if shoveling snow and take plenty of breaks to give your muscles time to relax or use a snowblower to avoid bending constantly and potentially putting yourself through pain!
