Tioga County ASAP's Overdose Awareness Vigil is happening tomorrow, Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 6:30pm at the Courthouse Square Gazebo, 20 Court Street, Owego, NY.

This annual event provides a space to honor the lives lost to overdose, support those grieving, and raise awareness about the impact of substance use in our community. The vigil will include speakers, resource tables, and a memorial walk offering both remembrance and hope.
