Our goal is to empower individuals on the Autism Spectrum and those with anxiety disorders with the various functioning and healing tools to face the many changes they will encounter once their teen years arrive and moving forward through being functioning adults in society. Everything from managing stressful situations, social skills, interview skills, meditation techniques, how to use Reiki to heal, art therapy, tutoring, etc. Our services also extend to families, friends, and interested members of the community. We are excited to help you heal and guide you in believing that you are worthy of any changes in your life! Melissa is a US Navy Veteran, a CT certified Special Education Teacher with a Master's degree of Science from CCSU, a certified Reiki Master, a Reverend, and a DoTerra Wellness Advocate. Michael has High Functioning Autism, is a video editor, artist, and is a student at Middlesex Community College.

So fun. House of blues Orlando, Stranger Things 80s night, and two of the actors from the series were there! Super fun, amazing 80s music and they were so down to earth. Hung out in the audience with everyone! Us peasants!!🤣

25 years ago this beauty came into my life. .lopezz you changed my life forever, you made me a mom. I am so proud of you in every which way. You are gorgeous, smart, strong and 10 million other things I am not. Enjoy this milestone of being a quarter of a century old even if we can't be together these days.
