Our goal is to empower individuals on the Autism Spectrum and those with anxiety disorders with the various functioning and healing tools to face the many changes they will encounter once their teen years arrive and moving forward through being functioning adults in society. Everything from managing stressful situations, social skills, interview skills, meditation techniques, how to use Reiki to h

eal, art therapy, tutoring, etc. Our services also extend to families, friends, and interested members of the community. We are excited to help you heal and guide you in believing that you are worthy of any changes in your life! Melissa is a US Navy Veteran, a CT certified Special Education Teacher with a Master's degree of Science from CCSU, a certified Reiki Master, a Reverend, and a DoTerra Wellness Advocate. Michael has High Functioning Autism, is a video editor, artist, and is a student at Middlesex Community College.

For those following.....
Followed up with my gynecologist at the VA in FL today. It is finally a relief that I got the help I needed after years of pain and other symptoms. Pathology confirmed endometriosis. It was everywhere and even embedded (even on my re**um) so bad that my surgery took longer than expected. It sucks that for years I dealt with most, 99% of these symptoms in the photo, and not one doctor in CT at the VA did anything more to help me except ignore me or throw pills at me. I felt crazy in CT. I was told because I had children that it couldn't be so bad. I am grateful to be living in Forida to finally have Dr's at the VA who listen to me and care. 🙏🌅☀️🌴
