What a spooktacular time we had at our Fourth Annual Halloween Trick-or-Treat Event! Our center was alive with laughter, costumes, sensory fun, and plenty of sweet treats. From creative costumes to sensory play and festive games, it was a day filled with smiles and connection.

Meet Bailey! Bailey is one of our Substitute ABA Therapist at Somewhere Over the Spectrum!

Bailey is finishing up her last year of her bachelor's as a psychology major at Eastern Connecticut State University! She has always loved working with children and found a passion in supporting young children with ASD. Bailey hopes to provide support, guidance, and positive experiences for the children and families she works with! She enjoys reading and drawing in her free time, and is pursuing a career in occupational therapy through schooling! Bailey's favorite part of her job is being able to create positive and lasting relationships with the children and families!

Meet Liz! Liz is one of our ABA Therapists at Somewhere Over the Spectrum!

Liz is currently finishing earning her bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration on Childhood and Adolescent Development at Southern New Hampshire University, with plans to move on to earn her Masters in Art Therapy. She has always had strong passion for supporting and caring for others, which helped lead her down the path of pursuing ABA therapy. For Liz, the best part of this career is being a part of the incredible journey of learning and growth each child has here at Somewhere Over The Spectrum. In her free time, she loves to hang out with her husband and sons and enjoys attending concerts and baking!

Our team and family at Somewhere Over the Spectrum has grown so much over the past four years and we could not be more grateful for all of the individuals on this journey with us.

We are inspired by all of the passion and love that each member of our team brings each and every day from our Leadership and Management, to our Administrative Team, to our Clinical Team composed of our BCBAs and OTs and our ABA Therapists. Each one helping to embody Somewhere Over the Spectrum’s intention and vision for our heart-centered, naturalistic and neurodivergent affirming approach to teaching, supporting and loving the children and families we work with.

We took some time to celebrate and be together, and to say thank you, for all that they do each and every day!

Thank you to Coles Road Brewing who year after year help us to host a wonderful event and evening. Thank you to The Avenue for the delicious food and to Brian from Bar Rated Entertainment for helping to create yet again another evening full of laughter and fun!
