📚 I love how all my fur babies instinctively settle into the stillness with me when it’s time to read.
Reading is my meditation; my breath, my escape, my mirror. It’s where I go when I need to ground myself, reflect, or drift into another world. It’s been a safe haven through anxiety, panic attacks, and even recovery. It’s carried me through sadness, fear, joy, love, and light. Like a warm hug from a loved one, reading has always held space for me.
It’s no coincidence the book I’m currently reading is Inward by Yung Pueblo. 💫
