Hey everyone!!!
With 2026 fast approaching, I have started getting yes’s and no’s for renewing your current massage routines in the new year. With my vacation in October, I wanted to start some of it now to give us all enough time, by the end of the year, to settled into the schedule. Some things for you to know:
I’m doing this day by day so I don’t miss anyone! When you come in for your next appointments I will ask for yes or no and if changes need to be made and things of that nature. Keep in mind I will do my best to accommodate as many changes as I can. As I start booking you in, please ignore all messages coming from the software number (reminders and such). When I have everyone settled in I will send out a finalized schedule to each client.
If your routine happens to land on a day that I have time off, it will just be a skipped appointment. You can grab any cancellation that comes up to make up for the missing spot in your routines. My time off varies based on time off for the kiddos in school. Some of the bigger ones are:
Spring break
4th of July
Thanksgiving and
Christmas (December)
I plan to take off the whole month of December as long as the year goes well. Not only for the time at home, but also to focus on renewal, tax season, and scheduling for the upcoming year.
NEW POLICY:
I understand life, I know things get screwed up and wonky, but this is my livelihood. I, as anyone else, cannot live off of 1/2 of my “paycheck”. Starting as of, January 1st 2026, every client starts with a clean slate for NO SHOW, NO CALL APPOINTMENTS, I will be applying 3 strikes to the cancellation policy;
3 STRIKES:
1st offense: 50% charge
2nd offense: 75% charge
3rd offense: 100% charge & kicked off the client list. This includes all service durations.
Last minute cancellations will still be the same 50% charge, YOU CAN AVOID THE CHARGE by offering your spot to another person, current client or not.
I appreciate every last one of you who support my small business or even try to! I know there are a few out there who grab cancellations as they can! I see you too!! Thank you everyone for trusting me with all of your muscle care needs! I hope to be expanding services soon as well!!! Stay tuned!!
OVERDUE INVOICES:
Overdue invoices are due as of December 1st. I will send reminders out in November so everyone will know what they owe and how to pay. You can pay the invoice that gets sent to you or you can pay me directly, (cash, check,
or card). If your invoice is not paid by December 1st you will forfeit your spot in 2026!
