Life Coaching

I offer one-on-one coaching, small group coaching, and specialty sessions designed to support people in a way that feels personal, practical, and aligned with where they are in life.

Coaching is a beautiful professional partnership where people commit to intentional time for themselves — a space to reflect on goals, progress, priorities, mindset, and the life they want to create.

Some clients are working toward very specific goals, while others are focused on routines, confidence, organization, healing, or simply exploring what’s next.

My approach to coaching is not one-size-fits-all. It blends my background in human behavior, mindset, organization, and planning with a more intuitive and spiritual perspective that includes mindfulness, energy, self-worth, alignment, and co-creation.

My coaching clients range from 18 to 80 because growth and personal development belong to every season of life!

Imposter syndrome is that feeling that you’re somehow “faking it”. That despite your accomplishments, experience, or success, you’re going to be exposed as “unqualified.”

Sometimes it sounds like:
✨ “Who am I to do this?”
✨ “What if I fail?”
✨ “What if people realize I don’t know enough?”
✨ “What if people find out I don’t make as much money as they think I do?”

The real work isn’t waiting until the fear disappears.
The real work is doing it scared.
Doing it uncomfortable.
Planning for imperfection.
Showing up consistently even when we don’t see immediate results…and continuing forward.

Imposter syndrome can sneak up in different ways.
Sometimes it looks like overworking and constant hustle in an attempt to “earn” your place.
Sometimes it looks like self-sabotage… avoiding the very things that could help create success because fear gets too loud.

Imposter syndrome has come up in many coaching conversations recently. It doesn’t always show up by name, but the clues are always there. And when we unpack it, it’s usually a sign that we are stepping outside of our comfort zone, trying something new, or expanding what we believe is available to us. And these are great things!🙌

One of the best ways to loosen the grip of imposter syndrome is to share those thoughts and fears in trusted spaces: with a coach, therapist, a group, or one of your biggest believers and supporters. Sometimes simply speaking those fears out loud, or even journaling about them, can take away some of their power and remind you that you’re not alone in what you’re feeling… and that thoughts are not truth.💗

Self love 🤍

For many, maybe most of us, this is what the “work” comes back to time and time again.

It is so much more comfortable to look outside of ourselves to establish who, where, what is depleting us, ignoring us, limiting us.

We hold both the lock and the key.

Looking in the mirror instead of out of the window is where we can truly start to remove the chains, one key - one lock at a time.

It was such an incredible day watching three beautiful souls come together to continue down this path of hope, healing, and personal growth. Each of these women already brings so much love, light, compassion, and healing into the world, and I hope this next level supports you even more fully on your big, beautiful missions.
