So often in coaching, the theme comes up around hesitating to move forward because of feeling held back by the ✨judgment of others. I get it—this was a challenge for me in the early days of my business (and it still pops up from time to time ).

Lately, so many clients have mentioned Mel Robbins’ Let Them Theory. I haven’t read the book yet (and truthfully, her style isn’t always my cup of tea 😅), but I can really get behind this message of letting go of judgment and people-pleasing so you can live more 🌟freely.
