✨ I’ve had my business for four years now and have been a pretty consistent presence on Instagram and Facebook. Those platforms felt familiar—I used them personally before launching my business, so creating pages and sharing what I was up to felt relatively natural.

There are so many “social platforms” out there with seemingly more each day—and I’ve had major resistance to stepping into those unfamiliar territories. I’d ask myself:
🤔 How does it even work over there?
🤔 Is there really an audience for my work in those spaces?
🤔 Is anyone actually seeing this kind of content out there?

With a little encouragement from a friend and mentor, I recently opened a business page on TikTok. I’m still not sure how to make things shimmer and spin the way TikTok loves to do—but I’ve just been posting simple content and letting it ride.

Just a few weeks in… I got a booking. From someone across the country who found me on TikTok. 🤯

She booked a distance Reiki session and we had our session yesterday, and it was wonderful. She was so aligned with the clients I tend to attract—open-hearted, intuitive, on a healing /growth journey, exploring energy and spirituality. Our connection felt as strong and sacred as if she had walked through the door in person.

I’ve offered distance Reiki for years—but mostly for people I know or referrals. This was someone I had never met, in a completely different state, finding me on a platform I thought was more for my teenagers! 🤪

It reminded me of something I deeply believe:
✨ Energy is magnetic.
✨ We find each other when we’re meant to.
✨ And sometimes the tiniest spark—just a few seconds to share a post—can be exactly what someone has been searching for.

If you’re feeling resistance to showing up in new ways or new places… I see you. This session reminded me that the ripple we create by showing up authentically can travel much farther than we think. 💛

Thoughts are powerful.

I had a great coaching conversation yesterday about how much our thoughts influence how we feel and what we believe is possible.

That said, they’re not always easy to “manage” or turn off.
Sometimes they come in strong—stress about this, worry about that, what if it doesn’t work out?

One practice I use is pairing thought with 🔹imagination.

When a negative thought shows up, I picture it fading or dissolving—and then imagine a more supportive thought growing brighter, bolder and stronger. I’ll even imagine shining a spotlight on the positive thought.🌟

This may sound overly simple… But I thought I’d share this strategy because sometimes it’s just enough to allow me to move through tough moments in my day more quickly.

Your ideas, visions, and dreams are the blueprint. Your emotions are the fuel. 💫

We live in a limitless world. There’s truly no end to what you can imagine — or bring into being. With intention, it moves from concept… to creation.

You don’t need to have perfectly polished, always-positive thoughts.
Our minds wander — that’s human. But being mindful and intentional with your thoughts is a powerful practice in calling more of what you desire into the world.

Mindset and intention are such a powerful part of my personal practice & coaching process for exactly this reason.

We just returned from a week away as a family, and this trip offered me something I didn’t realize I was craving—REFLECTION.

Even with a regular self-care practice and intentional routines that include stillness, rest, and quiet, I can go long stretches just skimming the surface. But during this time, my mind and body fully relaxed. So much so that I couldn’t even read—I didn’t want to take in anything new or be distracted by a story …I was simply present.

That deep presence invited in a real integration of big, meaningful moments and emotions. A rising to the surface of my most treasured values and a deep…deep space of gratitude.

Reflection like this is a foundational piece of goal setting, future planning, and living in alignment. It’s next-level mindfulness—and I’m so thankful for it. 💛

And now… Back to work tomorrow… (which I am very much looking forward to because it is easy to reflect on what a joy my work is)
And… Time to plan our next vacation 💫💗☀️

Greg is a collaborative partner at my practice, which means we share the same space and uphold the same high standards for client care and communication — while each bringing our own unique energy, approach, and offerings under our individual businesses.

Greg offers Reiki sessions and training, individual and group breathwork, meditation, and some truly powerful coaching opportunities — including Belief Coaching and his new session Broaching.

He’s my husband’s Reiki Practitioner, and I haven’t met a client who hasn’t loved working with him. While Greg has a special passion for supporting men on their wellness journey, his work is open to everyone — and he’s one of the most thoughtful and skilled practitioners you’ll meet. 💫
