We are thrilled to announce two fantastic additions to our Minnesota team: Michelle Brandt as Project Manager and Dan Kison as Sr. Metrologist!

Michelle Brandt holds Lean Leader and Internal Auditor certifications, as well as years of experience in medical device manufacturing. Michelle is highly adaptable, collaborative, and skilled in continuous improvement and process optimization. She believes that everyone can bring value to an organization.

Dan Kison brings a wealth of expertise in engineering, drafting, and design, along with certifications as a Quality Inspector (CQI) and Quality Technician (CQT) through ASQ. Dan is known for being self-motivated, a strong team builder, detail-oriented, and possessing a positive mindset with excellent GD&T knowledge. He believes that "Knowledge Is Power."
