Mike brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles and his academic background. He holds a Master of Science in Technology Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, he is certified in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Mike is also a Connecticut native who knows how to make a mean pizza pie and has a passion for motorcycles.

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Sarah Rodriguez to the position of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist.

Over the past five years, Sarah has been an integral part of our team, demonstrating unwavering dedication, a strong work ethic, and a deep commitment to continuous improvement. Her recent certification as an Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST) further reflects her professional growth and passion for creating safer, healthier work environments at all of our facilities. Additionally, Sarah oversees wastewater treatment operations in POM, conducting monthly sampling and calculations to ensure compliance with permit conditions.

Family Day has become an annual tradition we look forward to for several reasons. It provides an opportunity for our team members to connect, introduce their families to our work through a tour of the facility, and allows our organization to express appreciation for our team.

TOMZ team members and their families enjoyed delicious burgers and pizza, checked out our HQ up close and personal, and had a blast on the inflatables. We are already looking forward to our next Family Day!

We would like to highlight Leokadia Raczkowski's impact at TOMZ and celebrate her recent retirement!

Lodka has demonstrated strong leadership skills in her role as Final Product Acceptance Manager. She has taken the time to train team members and develop comprehensive SOPs, which have contributed to meaningful change within her department.

Michael Sherwonit remarked, "She cared so deeply about the company and the quality of our product going out the door; it is rare to find someone who has such commitment and care for the employer they work for."

In honor of his recent retirement, we would like to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for Kazimirerz Ruszczyk's contributions to the Milling department at TOMZ.

Kaz's commitment to quality truly sets him apart. His exceptional experience and meticulous attention to detail have made a significant impact at TOMZ! Mark Guerrera noted, "He was our go-to guy on all development and first runs while collaborating with the engineering team to make improvements to the processes. His quality on parts was impeccable!"

Kaz will be greatly missed, and we extend our best wishes for his retirement!

Marek Jackowski has retired, and we want to take a moment to express our gratitude for his dedication and contributions to TOMZ!

Throughout his tenure at TOMZ, Marek served as a setup/operator and later became the Night Shift Cell Lead. His extensive experience with all legacy production was one of his greatest assets, ensuring that everything ran smoothly.

Mark Guerrera remarked, "He was always on time, very conscientious running production, and an outstanding cell lead!"

We will miss Marek, and we wish him well in his retirement!
