Large and in-charge calipers! Tools of the trade from the gage crib.

One of the ways we enhance better quality across all of our departments is by keeping a well organized, stocked gage crib that can be accessed easily by our machinists. Beyond calipers, our well stocked crib features many other tools that are critical to our quality culture.

The gage crib is one of the unsung heroes of our manufacturing process.

Alex joins us with a robust background in the medical device industry, having previously held engineering roles at Nanosonics, Philips, and Zimmer Biomet. He holds both a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and an MBA from Trine University, along with his PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
