Calling all homeschoolers & parents!

Join us for a gentle Monday Meditation class on September 29th from noon-1:30pm; Rooted Free Farm & Retreat Center; where kids sit in a circle with new lifelong friends. Together, we’ll process feelings & emotions through story-time meditation with sound bowls and then gather for a cozy community lunch where we will close together in an integration circle fit for little souls.

I can’t say much and clarity is coming soon for those needing it; but I can say that I only operate in integrity and truth and hold spaces for those seeking to heal while keeping them safe. This has always been my soul reason for coming back here a second time; to make sure safety and integrity stayed present.
