My name is Narsingam(name changed). I am from a small village near Tharigoppula. My Uncle sustained severe injuries after he met with an accident. He fell unconscious and lost lot of blood. He was rushed to the emergency ward of the MGM hospital. Post surgery he was admitted to the ICU ward. The first few days we stayed in the hospital waiting corridors near the wards. We searched for accommodation nearby but couldn't find any affordable place. Travelling to the hospital from home is also difficult. Our doctor suggested we check Kasturba Sevagram for accommodation. We immediately visited the Sevagram and checked in. They offered rooms at Rs.75(1$). Rooms were clean, spacious and well ventilated. The premises and the garden were also well maintained. The staff is very supportive. We are also allowed to cook in the room. We feel comfortable now. My Uncle is also recovering well. Thanks to Bannu Arogyada Seva Society and the Kasturba Sevagram for supporting us in our tough times and providing us shelter at such a reasonable price.

My name is Sujatha (name changed). I am from a small village near Mandapalle. My Son was admitted to the ICU of the MGM Hospital, Warangal. He was diagnosed with Kidney disease. Being from a poor background, we could not afford the prices for accommodation in the city. Our relative suggested we visit the Kasturba Sevagram. We immediately visited the Sevagram and checked in. It is a relief to know that they were charging us only Rs.75/- (1$) which is very reasonable. The rooms were also very clean, and spacious and had good ventilation. The garden was also well maintained. The management of Sevagram has been very friendly and supportive. We cook in the room and carry food to the hospital. We travel to the hospital on a walk every day and it is very convenient for us. We are very comfortable now and thank the Kasturba Sevagram and Bannu management for their continuous support. My name is Komala(name changed). I am from Manugonda. My Grandmother was admitted in the MGM Hospital after he broke his pelvis because of a fall at home. The doctor advised us to find accommodation nearby. We tried a lot the hospital but we failed because we could not afford them. We are from a poor background and we earn on a daily basis. Traveling between home and hospital was also not possible. When we inquired, our doctor suggested we check the Kasturba Sevagram. We visited the Sevagram and registered immediately. The room is very spacious, clean and well ventilated. It was a relief to know that the price of a single room with attached bathroom per day was Rs.125/- (1.5$). The management is very friendly and supportive. They allowed us to cook in the room. We go to the hospital on a walk. We feel comfortable at the sevagram. Travelling between the hospital and home was also tedious and not working out. When we inquired, the doctor advised us to check for availability of rooms in the Kasturba Sevagram. We visited the Sevagram and checked in immediately. We were very much relieved to know the price of the room. It was just Rs.75 (1$). The room is clean, spacious and well ventilated. The corridors and the garden are also well maintained. We cook in the room and walk to the hospital which is near Sevagram. The staff and the management of the Sevagram are very friendly. 🌟 Free Health Camp at Oasis Public School Warangal Telangana!*🌟

Our *Bannu Arogyada Seva Society* and the *Jannu Paramjyothi Foundation, in collaboration with the **Mana American Telugu Association, recently organized a **free health and cancer screening camp* at Oasis Public School in Warangal on *February 17, 2024. The event was a resounding success, benefiting nearly **350 people*.

Here's what we achieved during the camp:

- *Medical Services: A dedicated team of **10 doctors, **15 paramedical staff, and **10 supportive staff* provided *free doctor consultations* to all attendees.
- *Cancer Screening: We conducted **63 pap smear tests* for cervical cancer.
- *Lab Tests: A total of **30 lab tests* were performed.
- *X-ray Services and Mammogram *: Our state-of-the-art *Mobile Cancer Screening Bus, equipped with an X-ray machine and mammogram machine , facilitated **30 chest X-rays* for lung cancer and 76mammogram tests** for breast cancer
- *Blood Sugar Tests and Hb% tests for all participants*: to assess blood sugar levels and Hemoglobin levels.
Our mission is to make quality healthcare accessible to everyone. The mobile screening bus allows us to reach underserved areas, ensuring that health services are available even where they are scarce. By providing free scanning facilities at people's doorsteps, we aim to alleviate the financial burden faced by those who cannot afford medical expenses.

My name is Surya (name changed). I am from a small village near Nekkonda. My Brother in law met with an accident a 8days ago and was admitted to the ICU ward of MGM Hospital. He had a head injury and underwent a surgery. We stayed in the hospital for the first few days and were looking for accomodation facilities which were affordable.
Everywhere we enquired, we were disspointed as the cost of living in the city is too high. One of the nurses suggested us to visit the Kasturba Sevagram and check for availability of rooms. We reached the Sevagram and registered ourselves. The cost of accommodation was very reasonable and affordable. They charged us Rs.75 (1$) for a single room. The room is spacious and well ventilated. We also have a garden outside where we sit and relax in the evening. The Sevagram Management is also very friendly and supportive. We dont feel like outsiders here, we feel at home. We went through a very tough time in the recent days but Bannu Organisation and Kasturba Sevagram helped us a lot. We will forever be grateful to you.
