📢 Important Notice: We’re Upgrading Our Electronic Health Record System!
We’re excited to announce that our practice is transitioning to athenaOne by athenahealth on October 28th, 2025! This upgrade is part of our commitment to giving you better access, faster service, and more secure communication.
🏥 What This Means for You:
✅ Improved Access to Your Health Information – View your health records, lab results, and medications through a new patient portal.
📅 Streamlined Appointment Scheduling & Self Check-in – Enjoy easier scheduling, appointment reminders via email/text, and a pre-appointment Self Check-in option (available up to 7 days before your visit).
💬 Secure Messaging – Communicate directly with your care team in a HIPAA-compliant way.
💳 Simplified Billing – Receive clearer statements and make payments online. (Balances prior to 10/28 will use the old statement; balances on or after 10/28 will use the new statement.)
🧾 What You May Need to Do:
Enroll in the New Patient Portal – You’ll get an email or text invitation with instructions. The old portal (EZ Access) will remain active during the transition.
Update Your Information – Confirm or update your contact, insurance, and medical history at your next visit.
Bring Your ID & Insurance Card – Required for your first appointment after the upgrade.

Temporary delays in refills, scheduling, and communications may occur. Thank you for your patience!

These clinics will provide both adult and pediatric flu shots, ensuring our community stays healthy this season. Please refer to the graphic below, for upcoming dates, times, and locations. We're Moving! Same Great Care, Just a New Location.
We’re excited to announce that Coos County Family Dental-Berlin has moved to a new, modern office space at 54 Willow Street Berlin, NH
We’re still offering the same great dental care you know and trust just in a more convenient and comfortable setting! All existing appointments will automatically be moved to the new location, and your dental records, insurance info, and care plans will remain unchanged.
We start seeing patients at our new location on Tuesday, July 29th.

This summer, Jen will be rappelling 24 stories—yes, 24 stories—down the 300-foot Brady-Sullivan Tower in Manchester as part of a bold and meaningful challenge! 💪🏽💙

Jen is teaming up with over 20 local nonprofits to support our community, and her team is proud to represent the Child Advocacy Center of Coös County. The CAC’s mission is to provide all victims of child abuse in New Hampshire a neutral environment where justice, healing, equity, and prevention are fostered through consistent, high-quality collaboration with community partners.
