The NH Food Bank Mobile Pantry is coming to Gorham on Friday, Nov. 14 from 12–1:30 PM at Chapman’s, 459 Main St.

This mobile pantry is open to anyone in need — you do NOT need to be on SNAP to attend. 🍎
They’ll be distributing shelf-stable items, produce, and proteins — while supplies last!

🚗 Drive-thru event • No proof of income or residence required

This year’s World Diabetes Day theme — “Diabetes Across Life Stages” — reminds us that diabetes can impact anyone, at any age.

Every person living with diabetes deserves access to integrated care, supportive environments, and policies that promote health, dignity, and self-management.

🌎 This campaign emphasizes a life-course approach — from childhood through older age — to help prevent diabetes, improve management, and support overall well-being.

💡 Key Messages:

1️⃣ Diabetes can affect people at every stage of life.
2️⃣ Prevention and care must be integrated across all life stages.
3️⃣ Supporting self-care and well-being empowers people with diabetes at every age.

Together, we can raise awareness, spread knowledge, and create lasting change for all affected by diabetes. 💙

📢 Important Notice: We’re Upgrading Our Electronic Health Record System!
We’re excited to announce that our practice is transitioning to athenaOne by athenahealth on October 28th, 2025! This upgrade is part of our commitment to giving you better access, faster service, and more secure communication.
🏥 What This Means for You:
✅ Improved Access to Your Health Information – View your health records, lab results, and medications through a new patient portal.
📅 Streamlined Appointment Scheduling & Self Check-in – Enjoy easier scheduling, appointment reminders via email/text, and a pre-appointment Self Check-in option (available up to 7 days before your visit).
💬 Secure Messaging – Communicate directly with your care team in a HIPAA-compliant way.
💳 Simplified Billing – Receive clearer statements and make payments online. (Balances prior to 10/28 will use the old statement; balances on or after 10/28 will use the new statement.)
🧾 What You May Need to Do:
Enroll in the New Patient Portal – You’ll get an email or text invitation with instructions. The old portal (EZ Access) will remain active during the transition.
Update Your Information – Confirm or update your contact, insurance, and medical history at your next visit.
Bring Your ID & Insurance Card – Required for your first appointment after the upgrade.

Temporary delays in refills, scheduling, and communications may occur. Thank you for your patience!
