A constant message I convey to all of my patients on a normal basis is the importance of taking care of ourselves both physically and mentally. During the COVID-19 crisis it can become easy to 'let go' per say of our normal routines, healthful activities/foods. I can surely attest to it myself. Or maybe you can improve upon these vital needs. Please take a look at the following pages and the links I have posted here. Our mental health is not to be taken lightly when faced with such unknown times. One link in particular will take you to a fantastic site for FREE at home workouts done via YouTube with a certified trainer and fitness instructor. These workouts range from but are not limited to meditation/yoga to pilates to walking, barre and weighted routines. I personally have completed and recommend the workouts. Please continue to stay strong and informed in a healthy manner.
