🌞 I'm Back. Recharged, Realigned, and Ready to Rise.
To my beautiful community — it’s been a few months, and I’ve been on a deep journey of personal and professional transformation. What started as a pause turned into a powerful reset... and I’m finally ready to share what’s next.
If you’ve followed me from Bel Air to Berlin to Bonita, thank you.
You’ve seen the evolution of my work. And what I’m doing now? It’s still rooted in everything I’ve practiced and believe in — and now it’s expanded, elevated, and infused with the most mind-blowing wellness technology I’ve ever experienced.
And no — I haven’t posted much. I haven’t emailed. I haven’t explained what this “shift” has been all about. Until now.
💡 What I’ve Been Up To:
🔹 I stepped away from long intake forms and traditional care
🔹 I gave myself permission to rest, reflect, and RESET
🔹 I rediscovered what lights me up—and designed my entire new offering around it
This isn’t about the next latest, greatest "wellness" product.
This is about activating something powerful, measurable, and cellular.
