Our February hypnosis based weight loss program will be held on Tuesdays, Feb 3, 10, & 17 at 7pm. You can attend in-person Newington or from your home on Zoom.

Our program has no expensive medications or injections and nothing to buy. You'll have all the tools and knowledge you'll need to make proper eating easy while controlling hunger and appetite.

New Year programs are forming now. Our January program will be held on Tuesdays, January 7, 14, & 21. It is held at 7pm at 1436 Berlin Turnpike in Berlin.

Stress & Anxiety Relief Program

Thursday, July 18th at 8pm

This will be a session that uses meditation, visualization, and hypnosis to help you release stress, worry, and anxiety. It will also give you tools that you can use on a daily basis to help you reduce the feelings of stress and being overwhelmed.

It is open to ALL including our hypnosis clients, chiropractic patients, and any friends, family, or guests you'd like to bring with you. If you've never experienced hypnosis and would like to see how it works, this is a perfect opportunity. The session is $67.
