🥦🏋️♀️ Fall Fitness Challenge
Summer is far from over, but like many of you, I’m ready to dial in my nutrition and fitness. If you fall into this category and want group motivation, I have a challenge designed to do just that.
For 30 days, we will follow a structured diet, exercise at least 10 minutes a day, eliminate alcohol, and track our progress with the goal of looking, feeling, and performing better at the end of the month.
This challenge will run from September 2nd to October 2nd. I will host a kickoff meeting to discuss the nutrition component and answer any questions you may have.
The cost is only $100/person, and includes a kickoff meeting, weekly workouts that can be done from home, a group workout hosted in the greater OC/Berlin area each weekend (weather permitting), and a wrap-up event.
Here is a bit more detail about each component:
🥩🥦Follow a structured diet of your choice
Decide what nutrition plan will serve you best and follow that for the duration of the challenge. If you are compliant, record a point for that day. If you aren’t sure where to start, chat with me and/or attend the kickoff meeting.
🍷🍻Eliminate all alcohol
No alcohol for the duration of the challenge. If you have a drink, you don’t get to record a point for that day. If you do have a drink, no point for that category.
🏋️♀️🧘♀️Workout for 10+ mins each day
Spend 10+ minutes intentionally working out. This can be stretching, CrossFit, walking, or whatever will serve you best that day.
📈Track your progress
Each day you are compliant, you will record 1 point for each area (Nutrition, Alcohol, & Exercise) in a shared spreadsheet. I’ll send the link and a daily reminder.
