Offering independent living, skilled nursing and therapy services, long-term care, and a secure neighborhood for Alzheimer's/Dementia individuals. Meadow View Nursing Center is a not-for-profit skilled nursing facility located in the heart of the beautiful Laurel Highlands. Meadow View is a 150 bed licensed facility which brings together rehabilitation, nursing care and specialty medical services to meet the needs of older adults in Somerset County and the surrounding areas.

Today was the perfect kind of day, not too hot and not too cold 😌. We spent the afternoon outside, soaking up the semi-chilly weather with the best of company. We played all sorts of yard games, from co****le to volleyball 🏐. It was so much fun laughing and being active in the fresh air 🌳.
