A Magical Drum & Sound Journey w/Chrissy- take a guided journey through a Winter Wonderland Old Growth Forrest where we will put our heart’s intentions on Reflecting and Renewing as we invite the transformational energy of 2025 and the guidance of Creator to become and return to the guiding light that prepares us for a new journey ahead in 2026
We will begin our class with a simple take home yoga practice in techniques for self care & vocal tones to keep you grounded and healthy through the season of celebration and hibernation. To be followed by a deeply restorative drum journey for the soul!
