"Drob" is a traditional romanian dish and a popular Easter food traditionally made from minced lamb offal (liver, heart, lungs and kidney)mixed with herbs ( dill, parsley, lovage, garlic scapes), green onions, soaked bread, eggs as binders and often hard boiled eggs in the center. Similar to a meatloaf.
We wrapped it in lamb caul fat.
This is a nutrient dense superfood loaded with protein, good fats, amino acids, minerals and vitamins.
Is the old fashioned way of honoring the sacrificed animal and basically following a "nose to tail " type of diet that we are more familiar this days

I'm working behind the scenes for some time now to be able to offer this new class covering fermented drinks.

I've been brewing kombucha for over a decade now and drinking fermented kwass for as far as I can remember as a child back in Easter Europe.
