No knead gluten free sandwich bread!
If you have a GF starter, you need to make it!
It literally takes 7 minutes to mix the ingredients together! Then proof for a few hours and bake! That easy!

Really enjoying my new adventure in the kitchen mixing gluten free flours.
Today I had a request from a beautiful friend of mine to create a buckwheat rustic bread! She want it something hearty, crusty and with lots of flavor coming from the buckwheat flour . Flavor that you can either love it or hate it! Because it has an unique taste!
Overall, I'm pretty impressed with texture, crumb and appearance. Is definitely a keeper🤎
