This workshop is born out of my personal journey—and truthfully, my struggles—around how to best take care of myself at this point in life.
I’m a 47-year-old woman, a child of the ’80s and ’90s, raised on high-intensity cardio, a lifelong runner used to chasing miles and lifting light weights for high reps. That routine used to serve me. It gave me structure, strength, even identity. But now, in this new chapter of my life, it just doesn’t fit the same way anymore.
So I’m on a journey—a deep, honest exploration of how to take care of myself physically, mentally, and spiritually. I’m learning to listen to my body, slow down when needed, and embrace new ways of moving, nourishing, and healing.
