Today I was reminded of something very real and very humbling.

I met a woman who lost her son. My heart ached just listening to her story. In that moment, I was reminded that life is not about money, possessions, cars, or the things we collect along the way. None of that truly matters in the end.

What matters is time.
What matters is love.
What matters is being present with the people we care about.

Life is fragile and precious. The greatest blessings we have are often the simplest ones — a hug, a conversation, laughter at the kitchen table, watching someone you love smile.

Tonight I feel deeply grateful:
For the people I love
For the time we share
For the moments of joy
For the chance to say “I love you”

If you have someone you love, reach out to them today. Hold them close. Tell them what they mean to you.

Gratitude is not about what we have — it is about who we have.

Sending prayers and love to all who are grieving tonight. May God and the angels hold you gently.

Hug your loved ones a little tighter today.

Reiki supports you with healing. Reiki is never going to do too much or too little to your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual self. Reiki meets you where you are and offers support.

Today is your reminder…
You do not have to earn love.
You do not have to prove your worth.
You do not have to be perfect to be deserving.

You are worthy of love simply because you exist.

Worthy on the days you feel strong.
Worthy on the days you feel tired.
Worthy while you are healing, growing, learning, and becoming.

Love is not something outside of you — it lives within your heart already. When you begin to speak to yourself with kindness, when you allow yourself rest, when you honor your feelings, you open the door for love to flow more freely into your life.

Today, place your hand over your heart and say:
