Yoga is more fun with friends!!
one on one Yoga classes are great, but there are also benefits to practicing in a group setting. Group Yoga classes build community. During group classes we spend time practicing empathy and kindness, trying fun partner poses, enjoying team building exercises, sharing stories, and building friendships.
