4 things that completely changed my energy, health, and life:

We added in warm foods every single morning. She wasn't eating much because she "wasn't hungry" and felt like the food was making her feel bloated. We focused on food that could nourish her spleen (aka warm, gentle and easy to digest) and really worked to kick start her metabolism. We worked with the TCM formula Xiao Yao San to first strengthen the spleen but also to support her liver. When the liver is unhappy so are you ... the anxiousness started to ease and she also noticed less cramps.
Once the " big things" were out of the way she started feeling like the little things ( that she originally thought were just normal ) like waking up 3 times each night to use the bathroom could become more of our focused. We slowly shifted to supporting the kidneys. We added in black sesame, salty foods and rotated between sauna sessions and a heating pad on the low back. If I am being honest, there's still work to be done but my client is living a totally different life than she was last year.🖤
