Bring Your Daughter to Work Day at Liberty Wellness.

Had Myla with me today, and she got a chance to see what this work really looks like up close—not just the office side, but the people, the stories, and the reality of what it takes to rebuild a life after drugs and alcohol.

She watched people show up, try again, and keep going even when it’s hard.

At one point she said, “They’re trying, right?”

Yeah… they are.

That’s the part that sticks with you. Most people aren’t looking for excuses—they’re looking for a chance. A chance to be understood, to be supported, and to move forward without being defined by where they’ve been.

We see it every day—when you lead with compassion instead of judgment, people actually have room to grow.

Because treating someone like they’re the problem has never fixed anything.

But giving them the tools, support, and belief that they can do better? That’s where change happens.

Grateful she got to see that side of things today.
