Rebel Fitness Strength - Conditioning - Flexibilty Our Workouts:

The Rebel workout consists of three components, each part tailored to your physical ability.

First is a dynamic warm up that will increase your overall mobility and flexibility. When your heart rate is increased during exercise, 85% of the calories you burn come from fat. An elevated heart rate also helps to improve stamina and increase your energy level throughout the workout. After the warm up is a strength training portion that will keep your heart rate elevated. Strength training make

s you stronger and increases lean muscle gain. Stronger muscles, joints, and bones from strength training are less likely to be injured. The workout ends with conditioning exercises consisting of explosive movements under time intervals (anaerobic exercises). Anaerobic conditioning exercises help to maintain weight loss, burning calories long after the workout is over. In addition, conditioning exercises improve overall cardiovascular and respiratory health. Nutrition:

A healthy lifestyle doesn't end with fitness. Nutrition is essential. In fact, 80% of your body composition is determined by the food you eat. Nutrition consulting at Rebel Fitness is personalized. Nutrition plans are developed based on your lifestyle and your individual goals. Our nutritionist will determine your appropriate caloric range and your optimal macronutrient ratios. Your favorite foods will even be incorporated so you won't feel like you're on a diet! You will not be alone in this either! The staff at Rebel Fitness will be there to support you throughout the nutrition process.

Rebels and Friends—Dominique, wife of fallen trooper Aaron Pelletier, along with her team, including fellow Rebel Kim Ruppar, will be participating in the Police Unity Tour during Police Week in May. The Police Unity Tour is a four day bike ride from New Jersey to Washington D.C. held to raise awareness about law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty and to ensure their sacrifice is never forgotten. We have opened up an online store* with new Aaron Pelletier Rebel Fitness gear featuring a silhouette of Aaron in his Rebel Fitness t-shirt (as he would often wear) with his K9 Roso to raise funds for Dom and her team. All of the money raised from the purchase of this apparel will go toward their stay during the ride, food, support staff, bike maintenance, and everything else the team needs along the way.
