Our ABA professionals work 1:1 with an assigned client implementing a behavior plan designed to meet their specific needs in home, in social settings, and in the community.
Autism Behavioral Center's mission is to improve the independence and social awareness of individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) while simultaneously increasing the knowledge, skill set, and quality of life for both the individuals and families of those impacted by ASD. ABC offers a comprehensive array of services including one-to-one in-home therapy, social skills programs, community programs, specifically targeting deficits that impact individuals with autism. Each service program is tailored exclusively to meet the needs of both the individual and the family.
Responsibilities and Duties
Working with an individual with ASD in their home, working with 1-2 individuals with ASD in a social group at our center, implementing a behavior plan as instructed by your direct supervisor, daily data collection and driving based on client's proximity to employee's location (includes transportation differential).
Qualifications and Skills
Energetic individuals passionate about working with those impacted by ASD, organized and able to follow behavior plans, responsible and timely, desires a fun work environment with room to grow, experience working with individuals with ASD preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
