Today was filled with movement, laughter, learning, connection, and plenty of fun as residents came together to celebrate healthy living at every age.

Bermuda Village celebrated National Senior Health & Fitness Day with a full day of fun, movement, learning, and community! 💪✨

From our “I Am Strong at Every Age” photo booth to Functional Fitness, Dance Through the Decades, a cooking demo with Chef Ozzie, personalized fall risk assessments, and an osteoporosis education seminar — the day was all about celebrating wellness in every form.

Our residents showed up with energy, laughter, curiosity, and so much joy. This day was a beautiful reminder that healthy aging is about more than exercise — it’s about strength, confidence, connection, nutrition, movement, and continuing to grow at every age.

Within the last week, we officially closed out another wonderful season of Senior Games and SilverArts! 💛

Eight Bermuda Village representatives had the joy of attending the celebration, and what a night it was! We enjoyed an Elvis singer, two comedy shows, a group dance performance, and of course, a beautiful wrap-up presentation by Carrie.

The evening was filled with laughter, good food, great company, and so many reminders of why this season is so special. Senior Games and SilverArts is about more than events and performances — it’s about connection, creativity, courage, and celebrating the incredible talents within our community.

This week’s play was a huge hit, and we could not be more proud of everyone involved! Our residents absolutely shined on stage, bringing so much talent, personality, humor, and heart to the performance.

A big round of applause for Judy, who once again put together a stellar production from start to finish. Her creativity and dedication helped make the evening truly special.

Thank you as well to our amazing actors, makeup artists, stage crew, technical helpers, and everyone behind the scenes who helped bring this production to life.

The photos are wonderful, but they still don’t do justice to just how spectacular tonight was. We are so proud of our talented residents and grateful for such a joyful evening together!
