Krissy works in our Float Pool at Davie Medical Center.

The BEE award recognizes nursing support teammates and coincides with the DAISY award, which honors nurses. The BEE award was created because, just as in nature, bees are loyal and hardworking. The bee cannot exist without the daisy and the daisy cannot exist without the bee.

We're stepping into excitement as new walking trail signage is now installed at Davie Medical Center! 🚶

Thanks to a grant from Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist and Wake Forest University School of Medicine through the Challenge 100: Little Ideas, Big Impact Initiative. This project is all about boosting our community's physical and mental wellness.

Special thanks to Jennifer Kreger, Davie Medical Center's Manager of Clinical Quality Improvement and Patient Safety, who applied and received the grant so this project could become a reality. This addition will make the scenic route even better for employees, visitors, and community members by providing access to local wellness resources. The new signs and trailhead box include QR codes linking to mental health services and updates from the Davie Tourism Board. Check out our Davie-specific webpage where you can share your thoughts with .

Stay tuned! Soon, color-coded distance markers will be added along the path to help you track your walks. 🚶

Recently, Davie Medical Center gave their Emergency Department our first-ever DAISY Team Award. A family member who experienced our team's caring and dedication during their loved one's final moments nominated them. ✨🏆✨

We are very thankful for the chance to care for our patients in their hardest moments and to be a source of strength and comfort for their families.

Congratulations to this amazing team for their constant commitment to compassionate care. Your dedication makes a big difference in the lives of those we help.

Great news! We are pleased to announce that Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Davie Medical Center now offers routine, non-oncology infusions for adult patients with chronic health conditions, making it easier and more convenient for patients to get these services closer to where they live and work.

Clinton received the first infusion at Davie Medical Center Infusion Services, and our team is ready to serve you!
