After our last workshop, a parent asked why we don’t divide boys into separate age groups. Here’s our heart behind it:

💡 Our original plan was to separate by age, so each group could receive the message at their level. But as a volunteer program with limited resources, and with fewer boys participating than we hoped, we’ve chosen to bring all ages together.

Here’s what that means for your son:
✅ Mentors use clear, age-appropriate language.
✅ We constantly check for understanding and feedback.
✅ Every boy, no matter his age, leaves with lessons he can apply.

And here’s our commitment:
📈 As more parents and young men join us, we will divide into age groups to sharpen the impact even further.

⏰Until then, we’re making the most of every resource, every volunteer, and every moment — because your son’s growth matters too much to wait.

🙏✨ Grateful Beyond Words ✨🙏

I can’t stop smiling as I think back on our very first Character Development Series Workshop (1 of 8)—focused on Accountability. God truly showed up in the room, and I’m so thankful for every person who made it possible.

To our B2MLa mentors—thank you for pouring into our young men with wisdom and patience. To the families who came out—you reminded me why this work matters. To Brookshire’s and the Coca-Cola Plant—your generosity filled both stomachs and hearts. And to the Claiborne Parish Library—thank you for giving us a home for this vision to grow.

💡 Impact: In this session, our young men boldly identified their dreams and goals (Self- Ownership), then wrestled with the real barriers that could stand in their way—peer pressure, fear of failure, lack of support (Follow-Through). Most importantly, they discovered strategies to overcome those obstacles: leaning on accountability partners, staying grounded in faith, and making intentional choices that align with their future (Making It Right).

This is just the beginning. I’m excited for the next seven workshops, and I believe God is going to use them to transform lives in our surrounding parishes/communities.

We know some of you may hesitate to bring your sons to our Boyz 2 Men Workshop Series because you fear others might think, “If I show up, people will believe I’ve failed as a parent.”

Let us remind you of this truth: there is only One Judge — Jesus Christ. No one else has the authority to define your worth as a mother, father, or guardian, but HIM.

Bringing your son to this workshop is not a sign of weakness or failure. It is a sign of strength, love, and wisdom. It says:
• “I care enough to invest in my child’s future.”
• “I want my son surrounded by mentors who will reinforce the values I’m already teaching at home.”
• “I believe in giving him every tool possible to grow into a man of integrity.”

This is not about judgment. This is about community, consistency, and Christ centered growth.

At Boyz 2 Men, Inc., this isn’t a one‑time, two‑time “see you when we see you” program. We are here for the long haul — walking with our young men month after month, year after year.

This upcoming Character Development Workshop Series (Sept 2025 – April 2026) is just the roadmap. From Accountability in September to Mentorship & Community Engagement in April, each month is a step toward building men of integrity, grit, and purpose.

And between these dates? We’ll still be here — with extra activities, check‑ins, and support whenever it’s needed. Because becoming a man isn’t a single event… it’s a journey.

💬 A man is not defined by age, strength, or status. He’s defined by his willingness to own his actions, stand in the truth, and lead with integrity—even when it’s hard. Sadly, too many boys today are told they can “be men” without ever learning what accountability is. That’s why we’re stepping in.

On Saturday, September 20, 2025 | 9 AM – 1 PM, we’re gathering at Claiborne Parish Library to plant seeds that will grow into strong, responsible men.

This is not another sit-and-listen event. It’s an experience:
