So excited to bring y'all this in-person offering! This has been a labor of love andl am stoked to partner with a sister whose medicine has brought so much peace into my life .of. ma and thank you to for hosting us!! Hoping to make this a more regular experience

Through this experience you'll get to descend into your womb space through the magic of steaming herbs and soothing sounds. We will also do some visualization and meditation to anchor into the space.

Some things to know ahead of time:
-You must be able to sit in an elevated child's pose for an extended period of time
-You may bring your own steaming stool if you have one!
- Please bring a long skirt or blanket to wrap around yourself for the steam

Cost is $35 for the session, DM to book your spot!

We are in the depths of winter and I see all around me people talking about slowing down. I cannot and will not.
In my time on this earth I have learned that if I slow down in the winter, depression sweeps over every ounce of my Being.
Maybe you can relate.
In the winter months, I stay active so I can fight off depression as it knocks....
