⭐️EXCITING NEWS ⭐️
With tremendous growth comes changes 😍
Rebranding is happening and instead of “Cold Backed” it is now Hide Haven Body Studio!
I still work on animals and performance horses and that will never change, however it was time to REbrand for the direction I’m headed.
For those who haven’t had a session yet, I’m a unique massage therapist who specializes in pain RELIEF, as well as UV Lash extensions & Skin services to help enhance your natural beauty ❤️
I do whatever is necessary to give relief, through my hands, Gua Sha/ Muscle scraping & cryotherapy! Ive trained in sports massage, muscle scraping & myofascial release and more!
I am a IProcell Therapiesl Microchanneling practitioner, now offering Korean Lash Lifts & will be adding so many skin Peels to my practice within the next month!
My clients are my #1 Priority & will always remain as such!
I am relocating to Breezy Bronze Co. in Berryville to be closer to home & expand my practice! I will still be at Core Chirpractics on Mondays & Tuesdays!
Relocation date will be roughly August 1st - Stay tuned for the date- it will not affect any prior bookings!
I ABSOLUTELY can’t wait to see what this next chapter fully looks like!

❄️Why do we LOVE Cryotherapy!?! ❄️
Cryotherapy is NOT great fun or very relaxing…. Im not sure anyone just -WANTS- freezing cold air blowing on them for funsies…..we do it for how it helps us AFTER treatment! It works by tricking your immune system to rush to the tissues that are “cold” to heat them back up!
In return, the FRESH blood, nutrients & oxygen RACE to & through that tissue that was so inflammed causing your pain/discomfort! Putting your muscle groups through a “Big Squeeze” releasing any lingering tension! 🏁
