In the midst of the crazy, I’m planning to still try and work. I am wiping things down between clients even more than before. If you want to come in and are not fevered or exhibiting any other signs and symptoms you’ve already read about please let me know. I have several holes to fill and expect more to come.

Our next up and coming service option. Coming to a farm near you! 😉. There is a lot of valid points here but I think the main one is to stop and relax from the hustle and bustle.

If you're trying to relax, forget yoga and meditation. Try cuddling a cow instead. This upstate New York farm offers you exactly that.

PSA: I have 9 massage openings between now and June. If you are not on my schedule and want to be let me know. I will not add any extra time or stay late to accommodate failure to plan. This is a crazy busy time in my world and my focus is on those things after my regular work hours. M-Th 8:30-4.

Today was a bittersweet day. The end of having my super sweet assistant, Kassaundra and the beginning of a new life chapter for her. She is starting the nesting phase of bringing a new life into the world and I am returning to a life of solo work. That means I will be less prompt returning text and calls and maybe a little less caffeinated. (She was my coffee getter when I forgot mine). Best wishes to my first full time employee. It’s been real!!!!
