Economy Drug is hiring. We have a full time position available. This will consist of a 4-5 days a week. Our hours are Monday through Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-4. No weekends ever! This is a clerk/technician position. It includes on the job training so previous technician experience is not required. We offer competitive pay, paid time off, 401K, profit sharing, and 8 paid days off. Feel free to stop by the store or drive thru and pick up an application.

This transition will take time but we are excited to be your pharmacy home. Our friendly service is why our loyal customers keep coming back. We have a big announcement here at Economy Drug. As of February 3rd we will become a Compounding Only Pharmacy. We have grown that side of our business to a level that allows us to make this change. Though it was never our intention to become compounding only, the tight squeeze of the PBM’s has forced us to change the focus of our business. This means all of our current retail patients will need to get their prescriptions filled with another pharmacy. We have decided to send our retail prescription files to Poynor Drug of Berryville. So though it is bittersweet to no longer be able to take care of all of our amazing patients, it is exciting to know that another Local Community Pharmacy here in Berryville will be able to fulfill the needs of those patients. This will also allow us to continue to provide high level service to all our patients that need the expertise of a Compounding Pharmacy to fill their prescriptions. We will be open for one more week as a retail pharmacy to fill those prescriptions you need taken care of before the change. Come by and see us!

From now on Economy Drug will be drive-thru only after 5pm on Tuesday-Friday. We have made this decision due to being short staffed. We lost on person recently and have another out on medical leave. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but hope that you will have patience with us as we make this transition.

Economy Drug will be closed December 24th and 25th for the Christmas Holiday. We will be open normal hours Monday the 23rd and Thursday and Friday the 26th and 27th. Merry Christmas!
