This mini professional headshot session was offered during the Berwick BPW Membership Spa Event, and I think she truly captured the essence of my energy in these photos.

I am so honored to be a small business owner, identifying and meeting the needs of women in our community and beyond. The sisterhood that continues to blossom through our Sacred Journey Membership fills my heart with pride and gratitude.

✨ Healing Through Connection and Collective Wisdom ✨

Yesterday I had the honor of sitting in sacred conversation with an inspiring group of beings, exploring how trauma shapes our lives, our relationships, and our path back to wholeness.

We spoke about the ways trauma imprints on the body and spirit, and how healing begins when we remember we are more than what happened to us.
We shared practices that restore safety and trust, including breathwork, grounding, ritual, and the simple medicine of being witnessed in community.
We dreamed of what becomes possible when therapeutic wisdom and holistic healing walk hand in hand, bridging science and spirit to support collective restoration.

My message of hope was this:
Healing is not a destination but a reclamation of voice, vitality, and belonging. When we return to love, we help heal the world.

So much gratitude to my fellow panelists and to everyone who showed up to listen, feel, and share. Together, we are remembering what it means to be whole.

This afternoon the temple filled with the scent of cinnamon, citrus, and roots.
Bowls of ginger, garlic, horseradish, and onion waited on the altar, humble and alive.
The space felt warm and still, holding the quiet hum of early autumn.

We began in stillness, returning to breath.
Feet grounded, hands resting at the belly, feeling the spark of inner fire come alive again.
A small ember flickering into steadiness with each inhale and exhale.

Then the tea lights were lit.
Each flame carrying a word spoken softly into the circle.
Courage. Healing. Warmth. Protection. Clarity.
The altar shimmered with dozens of small fires, each one a prayer, each one a promise.

We blessed our jars and moved to the apothecary table.
Roots and citrus were layered by hand, vinegar poured to seal the medicine.
Every movement intentional.
Every ingredient carrying its own light.

As the Fire Cider took shape, laughter and quiet mingled in the air.
The simple act of creating together became its own form of healing.
A way of remembering that we, too, are vessels for transformation.

The jars now rest, steeping their magic.
We, too, are steeping in reflection and warmth, letting the fire settle deep within.
