I’m thrilled to share the release of my very first book, Calm & Connect - Soothe Your Child’s Nervous System through Massage. This book has been a labor of love, born out of a deep belief in the power of touch to create lasting bonds between parents and their children. In a world that often overwhelms our little ones with constant stimulation and stress, the simple act of massage offers a refuge of calm and connection. Through this guide, I aim to provide parents with the tools to not only soothe and comfort their children but also to foster a deeper sense of security and well-being. (Aimed at ages 5 -17 years old)

The importance of touch in our children’s lives cannot be overstated. In an age where anxiety and overstimulation are all too common, the gentle practice of massage can be a powerful antidote. It helps ground children, offering them a moment of peace and relaxation amidst the chaos. By incorporating regular massage into your child’s routine, you’re not only helping them cope with daily stresses but also reinforcing the loving bond that is so essential for their emotional development and you can give them that at home in 5-10minutes.

that’s it, we’re officially closed.

Last few days have been booked back to back and I’m so thankful for this journey, for all the wonderful clients for trusting me with your aches and pains and allowing me the time to to care for you.

Although this chapter has closed, this page will still be up and running to share tips on stretches health and well-being and an update on our adventure on the other side of the planet.

W O M E N ‘ S D A Y!!

Here’s to all the women before us, who have paved the way, done most of the heavy lifting so that the women today have all we have to live a life of equality, and here’s to us, the women of today, being the inspiration for the women of our future, our little sisters, nieces, daughters & grand daughters.

May we have the the same if not more strength than the ones that walked before us, so we can give back to the ones after us.

It is with the heaviest heart that I share the news of closing Revitalising Mums Massage.

The last working date will be March 18th 2023.

My husband has been presented with a work opportunity in the US for 3 years that we will be relocating for.

I will be reopening on our return, so please keep following this page for updates, continued tips and exercises for stretching and strengthening and occasional updates on our journey there, while I’ll be up-skilling to return to you with more knowledge and experience.

This isn’t a goodbye, but a see you soon.

Exciting news to share

I am going to be involved as a massage therapist in a research study looking at massage as an adjunct approach to care for pregnant women who have experienced a stillbirth.

The research study aims to start early this year.
