Homemade Bone Broth Joint Remedy 🍲

Ingredients:
2–3 pounds beef or chicken bones (with joints or marrow)
1 gallon of water
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (ACV)
1 onion, roughly chopped
2 carrots, roughly chopped
2 stalks celery, roughly chopped
Instructions:
Place the bones and chopped vegetables in a large pot or slow cooker.
Pour in the water, ensuring the bones are completely covered, and add the apple cider vinegar.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then immediately reduce the heat to a very low simmer.
Simmer for a minimum of 12 hours (up to 24 hours for beef bones) to extract maximum nutrients.
Strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth and discard the solids.
Tips:
Skim the foam that rises to the surface during the first hour of simmering for a cleaner broth.
The ACV is crucial as it helps pull minerals from the bones into the liquid.
Store the cooled broth in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freeze it in ice cube trays or containers for long-term use.
