We are so so so grateful for all the love and support we have received during this difficult time!
We are almost halfway to our goal to cover the expenses of my brother’s funeral and memorial, and we appreciate you all so much.
For those who do not know, my little brother, Natas, passed away tragically and unexpectedly on Thursday, May 25th. He was 14 years old. He was a jokester, always trying to make others laugh. He was my partner in crime when we would play pranks on the rest of our siblings. He always had a mischievous smile on his face that told me he had a new plan for us.
We were not prepared for the expenses of a funeral or memorial, but he was so loved. We want to be able to give him a wonderful and proper service to celebrate his life. I have created a GoFundMe to help our mother be able to do that. Every bit of support means the world to us.
If you are able to donate, you can find the link to the GoFundMe in my link in bio. Even if you are not able to donate, you can still help by liking and sharing this post to help us spread the word!
I have always been the type to be strong when facing death, I can understand that death is a part of life, and I can be the shoulder for others to cry on. But this is unlike anything I’ve ever faced before.
I’ve never in my life thought of how I would be able to handle losing a sibling. As the oldest child, I honestly thought it was unlikely that I would have to face it. I always want to help my siblings navigate through this existence and lead a life of joy. To lose my little brother when he is so young and never truly got to experience so many parts of life is heartbreaking. All the times I envisioned us years down the road, all getting together and discussing life and reminiscing on old stories, he will not be there for. I have never felt pain and loss to this extent. I will remember him and love him always.
Once again, thank you so much for your love and support. 💕
