From 230 lbs ➡️ 175 lbs! 💪🏾🔥

This client started her journey at 230 lbs. Her surgeon required her to get her BMI under 33 before a procedure — so the mission was clear: lose the weight and get healthy!

She began with Semaglutide and dropped 20 lbs, then switched to Tirzepatide and lost another 10 lbs. After hitting a plateau, I added MIC lipotropics — and although progress slowed, she stayed consistent. When discouragement started creeping in, I reminded her not to give up.
