For nearly 40 years, Dr. Moore has been a pillar of UAB Medical West, providing exceptional, compassionate care to the residents of West Jefferson County. As a board-certified Internal Medicine physician, he has not only dedicated his career to treating patients but has also mentored and shaped the next generation of medical professionals.

Now serving as Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Moore’s leadership continues to drive excellence in patient care and healthcare innovation. In 2024, he was honored as the Bessemer Area Chamber of Commerce Doctor of the Year, a testament to his impact on our hospital and community.
