What are 3 takeaways you have gotten from weight-fit!
1.) The process of getting stronger and faster takes time, and just because you don’t see results instantly doesn’t mean they won’t show eventually, but you have to show up every day and work
2.) Comparison is the thief of joy. This is one thing I learned recently just because the person next to you is doing more than you are doesn't mean anything. You shouldn't compare yourself because you don't know how long they have been working on whatever it is in life it could be lifting or whatever job you go into you shouldn't compare because they probably have been there working way longer than you have and if you compare you won't feel the joy of reaching your goals.
3.) Hard work pays off this is one of the things I learned when I was young, but it has carried on all the way through high school and I think it will continue
Coach Ripper-
Hayes, congrats!
Day in and day out you are leading by example! Each day you show up with an open mindset and ready to learn! You have a constant work ethic that is unmatched! You display maturity, work ethic, and leadership qualities within the weight-room. The sky's the limit for you and I can not wait to see your growth!
Coach Reynolds-
Hayes comes to work everyday and will always push the limit to be better. He makes those around him better and pushes the level in which everyone around him must work to keep up. He is constantly striving to be better and he is an even better kid. Talk about a leader, the man is polite, honest and respectful while giving his best effort. He works so hard, the sweat he pours out everyday is going to take him places. Don't ever lose that drive!
