Embodied is a women's retreat to hold space for you to embrace every facet of yourself—body, mind, and soul and cultivate harmony within. The focus is nervous system regulation by engaging in practices such as somatic breathwork, gentle yoga flows, connection with nature, gentle loving touch, mindfulness, sound, and various other enriching experiences.
