3 For Peace

3 For Peace Politicians, the news media, and social media, persistently fan the flames of fear in our world.

3 For Peace is an organization dedicated to providing weekly 3 minute meditations and other content to enhance self-healing practices for a more loving and peaceful world. Time is a healer, even 3 minutes of time!

3 For Peace seeks to address disharmony in the world by promoting peace through a bi-weekly three-minute meditation. We invite people from all walks of life and belief systems to join us for a remote three-minute sound meditation each Wednesday and Saturday at 3:00 pm., as we set the highest and best intentions for a more peaceful self and planet - for the greater good for all. It is thought that it only takes 1% of the population praying or meditating at the same time, for the same thing, to create a positive change in a chaotic world. (yes, you can be one of the 1%!) See The Maharishi Effect

We will post a video “live” on Facebook every Wednesday and Saturday at 3:00 pm. The videos will also be available anytime on our YouTube channel.

3 For Peace is brought to you by The Recording Den of Bethany, CT, USA, and partners and friends who care about people and the planet. Your contributions go towards the development of new and engaging content dedicated to 3 for Peace and other organizations like Vet2Vet, who aim to help people who suffer from PTS, anxiety, and trauma. Another song, this one by the epic songwriter and storyteller Charlie Parr. I love his comments at the end. If you can’t paint, can’t sing, maybe you are the muse. We all take part in works of art whether a landscape, a scent, a hero, a victim. We create at every turn.

Wishing you all peace and joy this holiday season 💕

I recently spent time with a beautiful soul sister who strives to live in harmony with nature. She brewed me and my daughter pots of herbal tea from her garden, took us for a blustery, mind-clearing sunset walk on the Maine coast, and conjured up magical dishes of food for us with her usual good humor and wild-crafting ways.
While visiting, I cleared her chakras for her, but really, she cleared ours. Watching her live in balance with and seeing her connection to the earth and to be loved with homemade food and tea created in that swirling harmony - for me and my daughter, that was love, that was a great chakra clearing.
Blessings on your journey~Lois

Sitting quietly and feeling thankful for friends and family, and the little things in life that make a big difference to the happiness in our day to day lives - a cat softly purring, a child's milestone moment, warm water from the faucet, a well timed phone call from a friend.
Today we're reposting this beautiful meditation from September, a meditative blessing that reminds us to be thankful for things big and small during this time on earth.

Bliss out to the peaceful tones of this crystal pyramid skillfully played by Ed Cleveland at The Recording Den.
We hope everyone enjoys a peaceful and happy holiday. Remember to take time breath and relax, even if only for 3 minutes.
