Southern Plaza is owned by Southern Nazarene University and is known for it's outstanding service and a long list of amenities in a warm, caring environment where the residents call "home". Southern Plaza is month to month, with no buy in. Each apartment is unfurnished, allowing you to give your personal furnishing which truly creates the warmth of your own home, The following amenities are included:

-Wall-to wall carpet
-Microwave and refrigerator in each apartment; stovetop and oven in most two bedrooms
-Basic cable and telephone
-Emergency call system
-Individually controlled thermostat
-Fire sprinklers and smoke alarms
-FEMA approved storm shelters

At Southern Plaza Retirement Community,
you will find a environment that encourages activity and living life to the fullest. Your monthly rent also provides the following:

A continental breakfast, full lunch and dinner are served Monday through Saturday, as well as breakfast and lunch on Sunday
-All utilities
-Weekly housekeeping and flat linen laundry service
-On-site maintenance
-24-hour staffing
-Scheduled transportation and scheduled activities
-Common areas including billiard room, wellness center, computer center, craft room, library, beauty/barber shop, Plaza Room for movies and sporting events, and private areas to host your special guests
