-Basic cable and telephone
-Emergency call system
-Individually controlled thermostat
-Fire sprinklers and smoke alarms
-FEMA approved storm shelters

At Southern Plaza Retirement Community,
you will find a environment that encourages activity and living life to the fullest. Your monthly rent also provides the following:

A continental breakfast, full lunch and dinner are served Monday through Saturday, as well as breakfast and lunch on Sunday

-Weekly housekeeping and flat linen laundry service
-On-site maintenance
-24-hour staffing
-Scheduled transportation and scheduled activities
-Common areas including billiard room, wellness center, computer center, craft room, library, beauty/barber shop, Plaza Room for movies and sporting events, and private areas to host your special guests
