My thoughts on anger:

There is a need to welcome all of our feelings, to make room for them. I don't find anger unpleasant. It creates change. I exist with it as it does it's work; as a tool to reshape my perspective. If I want to raise my voice, I do so (not at other people). The idea of transforming, suppressing, changing or fixing anger is wrong.

When anger is finished moving, it leaves of it's own accord. No need to do anything.

Habitual anger and rage which are projected at others are trauma reactions and need therapy.

But, for aware individuals, anger is a door swinging open, saying "Something is out of sorts and anger is how I know it. I will feel and study it until it has achieved its purpose in restoring balance". If it is not stifled, it soon goes on it's way, having served its mission.

In Heavy Times, Be Gentle With Yourself and Others. Read On.
From 2014.....
I awakened from a powerful dream at 4 am. I was hovering far above Earth, and glancing down, I scanned for areas of illumination. Here and there over cities, I would see flickers of light, in some areas very faint, in others quite bright and consistent. These were not electric lights.

They were the glowing emanations of courageous, loving souls, seeking to follow their heart, do good work and live their truth. Moving over Oklahoma, I was saddened to see areas of grey and black, where energy was missing, but as I moved towards Oklahoma City, I saw extremely bright and increasingly organized patterns of dazzling light.

I heard the words, "in deep darkness, illumined souls become diamonds, flashing brilliantly and eternally", and I felt great empathy, appreciation and gratitude for all of the torchbearers who have chosen to remain here in Oklahoma, sacrificing the comfort of kindred spirits which they could and have found elsewhere, in order to blaze a trail of hope for others in a place muddled by ignorance.

I blocked a "friend" who calls herself a spiritual goddess and yet thinks we shouldn't squabble over politics as she thinks ICE is just getting rid of the pesky "illegals". You can guess who she voted for.
NOTHING IS ABOUT POLITICS ANYMORE.
It's about plain human kindness and decency.

MAJOR SHIFT-PLUTO in AQUARIUS. Heads up for those who follow astrology and social trends.
After hundreds of years, Pluto has entered Aquarius again.
Massive societal change is on the horizon. Just as The French Revolution (the last time Pluto was in Aquarius) brought about a more equitable distribution of wealth and a call for justice for the oppressed, we will witness the same sweeping changes which allowed society to progress in a positive way. It will be messy, and yes, once again, heads will roll. Ultimately, though, the Pluto-in-Aquarius transit will encourage the collective to consider what would be better not only for the individual, but also for the greater society. Unpredictable yet empowering social movements will pop up during this new Plutonic period that has the same ruthless, mutineer-like momentum as those from the 18th century. We may see shifts involving the government as a greater number of people call for real change; but this time , people will use the internet, social media, and other forms of technology to support their movements in new ways. Entire systems which have acted as the underpinning of cultures and countries will crumble. The PEOPLE will take extraordinary measures to improve the lives of all planetary citizens.
