As we approach fall, we also approach open enrollment time for most insurance plans. As medical professionals we want to encourage you to do some research on insurance plans presented to you before signing on. All medical plans that have a vision plan attached to it, outsource claims regarding vision to an entirely different company. Knowing the name of that “Vision” company is very helpful to know when inquiring about our participation in those plans.

Vision plans that we accept:

o VSP
o Vision Care Direct

Vision plans that we DO NOT accept:

o Avesis
o Spectera
o Davis
o NVA
o Superior

Vision plans that we have limited access to:

o Eyemed

***Starting Oct. 2025 Healthy Blue (medical plan) will be switching their vision plan (formerly March) to EyeMed–which we will not be providers for.

As a reminder this is our Cancellation/No Show Policy!

Our business is appointment-based and only truly works when appointments are kept.

1) When you schedule an appointment, 𝘸𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us.
2) You will receive a courtesy call 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment.
3) If you find it necessary to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can fill that appointment slot.
4) Late cancellation and no-shows will be charged as followed:
$25 service fee, if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or no-show.
*Appointments must be cancelled before 5pm on the prior business day.
