✅ Live in Missouri?
✅ Meet income guidelines (up to 185% of the federal poverty level)?
✅ Getting SNAP, TANF, or MO HealthNet? You might already qualify!

WIC serves:
🤰 Pregnant women
🤱 Breastfeeding moms (up to baby’s 1st birthday)
👩‍🍼 Postpartum women (up to 6 months)
👶 Infants (under 1 year)
👧 Children (up to age 5)

All participants go through a quick nutrition & health assessment as part of sign-up. 🍎

Yes—but only in certain cases!

✅ If baby didn’t drink from it:
Store in the fridge and use within 4 days—or freeze it for later!

⏳ If baby did drink from it:
Use within 2 hours, then toss what's left to avoid bacteria growth.

🚫 Don’t refreeze previously thawed milk.
🔥 Only reheat once.

Hospice care is available as long as it’s medically needed. Patients can receive hospice beyond six months if they continue to meet eligibility. In fact, many patients and their families wish they would have started hospice earlier. Early enrollment often leads to better comfort, support, and quality of life for both the patient and their loved ones. 💛
