Hello,

As the information for the COVID-19 virus is constantly changing, and recommendations are evolving, New Waters Counseling is switching to a virtual only counseling model for at least the next two weeks. Allegheny County has made recommendations to switch to alternative models of business or to close for now. I unfortunately will be canceling all in office sessions going forward through the next two weeks.

I apologize for the changes. I am trying to do my part to minimize the spread of this virus, as we all are. I wish you the very best and wellness during these chaotic times.

The Guest House
This being human is a guest house.
Every morning a new arrival.

A joy, a depression, a meanness.
some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor.

Welcome and entertain them all!
Even if they're a crowd of sorrows,
