Meet Ashley—

Ashley has been a practicing hygienist for 10+ years, and is excited to return to work after welcoming her new daughter, Claire! She looks forward to creating a personalized hygiene experience and supporting patients in what she knows best, preventative dental care. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and compassion make her the ideal practitioner for you and your family. “I didn’t know you should floss baby teeth”
This is a common statement- which I get. It’s tricky to reach in there to clean such small mouths. However, baby teeth have thinner enamel than permanent teeth, making them more prone to decay (cavities). If those baby teeth are touching the tooth beside it, versus having a space between them, they should absolutely be flossed. Avoid painful decay and costly fillings and start a healthy habit early so those permanent teeth are also set up for success! 🦷😀
